Block Sending Email  to Gmail
Hi, We are using exchange server 2007 Sp1 with CAL, Mailbox & Hub Transport installed. But Don't have Edge Transport Server. We want to block some of our department users sending emails to Gmail, Yahoo, Rediff & etc except our own official domains. Is there any way to do this get it block? Thank you, Shiv.Shivkumar

Sure, you can use a transport rule: http://exchangeserverpro.com/block-users-sending-to-specific-domains-with-exchange-server-2007 Jorge R. Diaz, PMP, CCNA, MCSA, MCSE Senior Microsoft Consultant Planet Technologies, Inc. Check out My Blog!

Hi Jorge, Thank you for your reply. If i select "when a message header contains specific words" Can i add To, CC, BCC & multiple domains ? for example : Apply to rule messages from users Inside the organization and when a TO,CC& BCC contains @gmail.com,@hotmail.com,@yahoo.com,@yahoo.co.in,@hotmail.com & etc...etc... Thanks in advance, Shiv. Shivkumar
